Bulldog Seal: Water Applications

Water Applications include dams, troughs, cement and gunite swimming pools, garden fountains and fish ponds. Other projects include dam walls, basements, screeds, walkways, balconies, retaining walls, floors & terraces, water tanks, sewerage tanks, pumping stations, sub-structures, canals, and sumps

Instructions for use: Waterproofing Damp Walls
1. Remove old waterproofing.
2. Clean surfaces with a wire brush. Using a hose pipe, spray wall with clean water. Allow three days for the wall to dry out.
3. Dilute Bulldog Seal 50:50 with water and apply as a primer.
4. Allow to become touch-dry.
5. Paint one coat of Bulldog Seal at 1 litre per square metre.
6. When dry, the surface may be over-coated with normal wall finishes, although it is not necessary.

Important: Always seal the exterior surfaces.

Instructions for use: Waterproofing Dams, Troughs and Fish Pond
1. Remove old waterproofing.
2. Clean surfaces with a wire brush. Wash surfaces with clean water.
3. Dilute Bulldog Seal 50:50 with water and apply as a primer.
4. Paint two coats of Bulldog Seal at 1 litre per square metre. Paint one coat in one direction, and a second coat in a crosswise direction.
5. Allow 3 days to dry before filling with water. Should foaming occur in the water, only partially fill with water and rinse well before removing water. Rinse well (in particular for fish ponds) until foam is no longer evident. Re-fill as required.
